FEET TO OUR FAITH

John 20:21 (NIV)

21 Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”

Too many Christians seem to be unfamiliar with the Great Commission and the command to spread the Gospel and make disciples.  We forget that we were saved with someone else in mind.  Some think that evangelism is the professional’s job.  Not so!  Jesus’ charge was to all believers to continue the work of kingdom-building.  He didn’t simply make a suggestion, rather a divine order!  We are duty-bound to take the Good News outward, to bring comfort and hope to a desperate humanity.  If we don’t – then who will?

Today is the day to put feet to our faith.  We’ve been given a heavenly directive to show love and concern.  Pray with me…”Lord, show me how to serve people and love those you cherish.”
